Strategy, one full long-form script, and four short-form scripts, built from your sales call, your real IG voice, and a 14-channel competitor read of the AI automation space.

Finalized Strategy

Who this is for

Primary Established service and local business owners doing $20K+/mo who already spend on ads and lead gen, and are drowning in the operational side that growth creates: content, ad reporting, follow up, admin. Vertical focus: dental first (your proven ground), plus one or two adjacent local-service niches you can speak to with real language.

Secondary AI-curious beginners who want their first dollar online. Same proof, different CTA. Never mixed into one video with one ask, that's what pulled the wrong DMs on the Kumar Method video.

The one rule that fixes the content confusion

One spine, two branches. Every video is the same proof: a real automation you built, a real result. A business owner watching it thinks "build this for me," comments the audit keyword. A beginner watching the same video thinks "teach me to build this," comments the community keyword. Same video, same footage, branching CTA by who's watching. Not two content pillars competing for the same slot.

The offer ladder

  • AI Ops Audit + Quick-Win Build: $750 to $1,500, 1 to 2 weeks. One real automation shipped live, plus a written roadmap of the next five things worth automating.
  • AI Systems Build: $2,000 to $3,000. The scoped project delivered against the roadmap from the audit, no re-pitch needed.
  • AI Ops Maintenance: $300 to $500/mo, opt-in, not default. Priced for the 30 to 40% who actually want it kept running.

Revenue share stays available as a close-the-deal lever on the call, never the advertised price.

Stop making

  • Generic personal-branding or "how I grew" content
  • Anything that could go viral for the wrong reason
  • Tool tutorials competing in the saturated build-demo lane

Keep doing

  • Name the automation, show the steps in order
  • Real numbers, dropped in casually, never flexed
  • "Comment X and I'll send you the exact setup"

Long-Form Script

"You Don't Need an AI Guy. You Need Someone Who Already Gets Your Business."

Pillar: Niche Authority (ads + AI wedge)  ·  Funnel: MOF  ·  Runtime: ~10 min  ·  CTA: Audit (owners) / Free community (beginners)

Hook0:00-0:35

So if you're a business owner doing 20, 30, 50K a month, you've probably had at least three people message you this month saying I'll build you an AI agent, or I'll automate your business with AI. Every single one of them sounds exactly the same.

Here's the truth nobody's telling you. The reason most of those pitches feel off isn't the AI part. It's that the person pitching you has never actually run growth for a business like yours. They know the tools. They don't know your business.

So in this video I want to show you the actual difference, and how I think about building AI systems for business owners, coming from two years of literally running paid ads for businesses, not from learning a no-code tool last month.

Credibility0:35-1:45

Quick context so the rest of this makes sense. I've been running paid ads for service businesses for a bit over two years now, dentists, a few other local businesses. That's my actual background. Not AI first. Ads first.

And here's what happened. The better I got at ads, the more I noticed the bottleneck wasn't the ads anymore. It was everything after the ad. The lead comes in, and then someone has to follow up, someone has to report on it, someone has to write the content that supports the campaign. That's where the time actually goes.

So when I started using AI, I wasn't looking for a cool tool to play with. I already know what moves revenue for these businesses. What if I use AI to remove the parts that don't need a human.

That's the whole difference. I'm not an AI guy trying to sound like a growth guy. I'm a growth guy who now ships AI as part of the outcome.

The Problem1:45-3:30

Now here's the thing about the AI automation space right now, and I'll be straight with you because you deserve to know it. Most of the people selling AI automations to business owners are racing each other on the same thing: who can build the fastest agent, who can connect the most tools, who can show the flashiest demo.

That's a race to the bottom. Because from your side, as the business owner, none of that actually matters. You don't care if it's built in n8n or Claude or Make. You care about one thing. Does this save me time and make me money.

I've seen this from the outreach side too. I send a lot of personalized outreach, a lot. And I can tell you, most of it looks the same to the business owner receiving it. Four different people message you this week, all saying AI automation, all sounding interchangeable. Yours was probably one of them. That's not a knock on you. That's just what the market looks like right now.

So the real question isn't who has the best AI tool. It's who actually understands what's eating your time in the first place. And that's usually not the AI person. That's usually someone who's already worked inside businesses like yours.

The Mechanism3:30-6:00

So here's exactly how I think about building an AI system for a business owner. Three steps, and I'm not skipping any of them because skipping them is where most of these projects go wrong.

Step one, I map the actual ops, not a checklist. Every business owner I talk to already knows the tools exist. What they don't have is someone sitting down and asking, where does your time actually go every week. Is it lead follow up. Is it writing content. Is it pulling ad reports every Monday. It's different for every business, and if someone pitches you a generic automation before asking that question, that's your sign they don't actually understand your business.

Step two, I ship one real automation, not a proposal. This is the part I care about most. I don't want to hand you a slide deck of here's what AI could do for you. I want to build the highest-leverage one live in your business, in a week or two, so you're not trusting my word for it, you're watching it run.

Step three, I give you the roadmap. Once that first automation is live, I hand over a written plan of the next five things worth automating, ranked by how much time or money they actually move. That's yours whether we keep working together or not, because holding it back as leverage isn't how I want to run this.

That's it. Map it, ship one real thing, hand you the roadmap. No 90-day onboarding, no let's schedule a discovery call to schedule the actual call.

Proof6:00-7:45

Now I want to be straight with you about where I'm at, because the AI automation space has a trust problem, and I'd rather earn it than fake it.

I've run ads for real businesses for two years, that part's proven. On the outreach side, I built my own personalization system from scratch, and I went from a 12 percent open rate to a 50 percent open rate just by fixing how I approach reaching people. That's a real number, I track it every day. It tells you how I think about systems. I don't guess, I test, I track, I fix.

What I haven't done yet is stack up ten AI-system case studies with dollar figures next to them, because I'm early in doing this specific offer. I'd rather tell you that straight than fake a screenshot. What I can show you is the process, the same one I just walked you through, live, on a real business, so you can judge it by what actually happens, not by a testimonial I could've written myself.

Reframe7:45-9:00

So here's what I want you to take from this. The AI automation space is full of people who are really good at the AI part and have never touched the business part. That's not a criticism, it's just a gap. And it means when you're looking at who to trust with this, the question isn't how many tools do they know. It's have they actually sat inside a business and watched what wastes time.

I've done that for two years, on the ads side. Now I'm doing it with AI in the mix. Same understanding of what actually moves revenue, just a faster way to deliver it.

CTA9:00-10:00

If you're a business owner and this is resonating, if you're doing 20, 30, 50K a month and you know exactly where your time is going but haven't fixed it yet, I put together something called the AI Ops Audit. Not a big commitment. We map your ops, I ship one real automation in a week or two, you get the roadmap. Link's in the description, go grab it.

And if you're watching this because you want to actually learn how to build this stuff yourself, I'm building a free community for exactly that. People starting from zero who want to make their first dollar with AI the same way I'm applying it to real businesses. Link's in the description too.

Either way, appreciate you watching this one all the way through. I'll see you in the next one.

What's Next

  • Film the long-form first, it's the sharper cold open and sets up everything else.
  • Pull 2 of the 4 shorts straight from sections you already filmed (the mechanism beat and the proof beat cut cleanest).
  • Post the long-form, then the shorts across the following week, not all on day one.
  • Every comment-keyword above needs a live ManyChat or DM auto-reply before the video goes up, or the CTA has nowhere to land.
